After Elliot moves to Oakville, odd and disturbing things have been happening. Elliot's friend Josh, who has lived in Oakville all his life, is also noticing it. Missing persons reports start to escalate right after a show called Funny Dog appears with new episodes, and strange dreams plague Elliot. Whatever is going on, it's not stopping. Elliot, Josh, and their friends have a very real reasons to be afraid of a TV show dog...
